Having a plan is vital. With new construction projects, securing important permits matter. At Xplore North, the head estimator will review the construction plan.
This is where your dream space is created. For example, if the roof and siding of your house has been damaged by hail, this would be replaced. Damage would be covered by what is agreed between the client and project manager.
Congratulations! Your dream space has now been refined, constructed or repaired. This final stage also includes a final inspection , a clean-up of extra materials or garbage from the worksite and warranties that will be handed over to the client to sign.
